TAMALET VIETNAM is located in Dong Van I Industrial Park, Duy Tien, Ha Nam, Vietnam. We specialize in metal element production through casting and sourcing in brass, zamac, stainless steel. We offer plating in real gold or imitation gold in all colors. Our sourcing team in China is specialize in procuring all elements, including custom-made components and market-sourced materials. We also provide enamel work and handle the entire in-house jewelry production process. We export globally, including to the EU and US markets.

Design

Waxing

Molten wax is injected into molds to create detailed designs for jewelry casting.

Prepare for casting

The waxing tree are put in to the mold. We will pour the plaster on it to make the plaster mold for casting.

Casting

Molten metal is poured into molds to create precise jewelry designs, ensuring durability and intricate details.

Polishing

Nice smooth finish with effects: Matte, Shiny, Brush, Hammer...

Engraving

Laser engraving on metal is mainly used to etch logos, providing precise, permanent, and durable markings.

Cleaning
